A Besov Space Mapping Property for the Double Layer Potential on Polygons

Abstract: A classical boundedness property for the double layer potential on polygons with respect to Sobolev spaces is extended to a scale of Besov spaces which is related to adaptive restricted nonlinear approximation schemes.
